From Doorsteps to Directorship: The Journey of MyPerfumes.lk

My journey as the Director of MyPerfumes.lk began eleven years ago with nothing more than a vision and a deep passion for fragrances. Today, I am proud to share the story of how a small home-based operation evolved into a leading destination for authentic perfumes in Sri Lanka.

Humble Beginnings

The origins of MyPerfumes.lk were modest. My first "showroom" was simply a corner of my home, decorated with a single branded sticker on the wall where I took my first product photos. In those early days, growth required physical perseverance. I spent countless days traveling door-to-door across the streets of Colombo and beyond, carrying a bag of perfumes to share my passion with customers personally.

Global Partnerships

A turning point in our history came when I traveled to the UAE to establish direct relationships with world-renowned fragrance houses. By meeting with these brands at the source, I ensured that MyPerfumes.lk could guarantee 100% authentic and genuine products for our local market.
